TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Solid Tango LLC. By registering for classes, attending events, using our website, or participating in any activity organized by Solid Tango LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in dance classes, workshops, social dances, performances, and related activities involves physical movement and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, physical exertion, and other injuries.

By participating in any Solid Tango LLC activity, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur.

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating safely.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, participants release and hold harmless Solid Tango LLC, its owners, instructors, volunteers, staff, contractors, and venue partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in activities or attendance at events.

This release includes claims related to ordinary negligence but does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the Solid Tango LLC Code of Conduct.

Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, excessive intoxication, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

Solid Tango LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from classes or events without refund for violations of these standards.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Participants agree not to attend events while ill with a communicable illness or experiencing symptoms that may endanger others.

Solid Tango LLC may establish additional health or safety requirements when necessary.

Participants agree to comply with all venue rules and safety instructions.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Solid Tango LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings.

WEBSITE USE

All content on the Solid Tango LLC website, including logos, text, graphics, schedules, and media, is the property of Solid Tango LLC unless otherwise noted.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Solid Tango LLC may use third-party services for payment processing, scheduling, ticketing, or communications.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policies of third-party providers.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Idaho.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Solid Tango LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued participation or use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Class Policies

Registration and Payment

Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

Prices, schedules, instructors, and event details are subject to change without notice.

Solid Tango LLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel registrations at its discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the first class start time.

Refunds requested within this window will be issued minus a $3 payment processing fee, or may be applied as a credit toward a future series (your choice).
No refunds or credits are available within 24 hours of the series start time.

How to request a refund or credit: Please reply to your Square receipt email or contact us directly to request a refund or credit. Be sure to include the name used for registration.

In the event of cancellation of an entire series, a full refund will be given.

If individual classes are cancelled, a pro-rated refund will be given.

If classes are delayed or rescheduled, a pro-rated refund will be given in the event you cannot attend the new time.

Missed Class Policy

Because our series are progressive, each class builds on the material from the previous week.

We do not offer make-up classes or pro-rated refunds for missed sessions.

If you miss a class, you are still welcome to return the following week. We will do our best to help you catch up, but some content may need to be learned through practice or review with classmates.
